Hi everyone! remember my blog about the black beginnings? I’ve said that I was so desperate to find a black dress that will be perfect for my Fallen (Fallen book by Lauren Kate) Inspired shoot; tenen! I found one, anyways, this photos was taken by the great Veejay Jimenez at Taytay Rizal, (thanks ate Aica and Kuya Jemco Latay for the Venue :D) The Venue was not the same as the cover in the book but it’s okay because Sir Veejay said that we were only getting the inspiration from it. He told me “magaling kasi ang model kaya maganda ang outcome”; hmm. so flattered. thank you Sir! :)

I hate it when the top “reviews” on Goodreads are just people bashing on authors. Fallen in Love just got a Goodreads page and there’s already those types of “reviews” with annoying gifs. So what did I do? I made my own post with the Haters Gonna Hate gif. If you’re tired of people bashing on authors and Lauren Kate, please consider liking my “review”. I WILL review this book properly when it’s out. I just don’t want a bashing post to be a top “review” on the website. You don’t have to do this (but I appreciate it). I just really dislike this type of behavior on Goodreads. No one should bash an author, even if they dislike a book. I’ve hated a bunch of books and I don’t do this kind of thing on my reviews. This kind of behavior is just plain immature.

There will be another book set in the Fallen world, other than Rapture.
From the press release:
New York, NY (September 27, 2011)—Delacorte Press will publish an original novel by Lauren Kate that is connected to her internationally bestselling series, Fallen (FallenBooks.com), it was announced today by Beverly Horowitz, the imprint’s publisher. The novel, FALLEN IN LOVE, will be released in the United States and Canada on January 24, 2012, before the fourth and final title in the series, Rapture, is published. FALLEN IN LOVE is a riveting tale told through four intertwined love stories featuring the Fallen characters that fans have grown to know and love: Miles, Shelby, Roland, Arriane, and Luce and Daniel. The book was acquired by Horowitz from Michael Stearns and Ted Malawer of Tinderbox Books. It will be edited by Wendy Loggia, Lauren Kate’s editor at Delacorte.
